Situated on a large plot with woodland and wetland to the rear. It's peaceful location is tucked away in a small cul de sac and is not overlooked by other properties.

The private pool and extended deck is south facing and is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an abundance of wildlife whist soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Tastefully furnished throughout, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, 1 with a queen bed.
